The Bishop Shanahan High School Girls’ Lacrosse Team from Downingtown (Chester County) will contend for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) Girls’ 3A State Championship when they play Springfield High School (Delaware County). This is Bishop Shanahan’s first-ever appearance in the PIAA finals in program history.

Saint Cecilia Parish School, located in the Fox Chase section of Philadelphia, will host its 43rd annual Walk-a-Thon to support its STREAM program. This year’s event will specifically benefit the Technology component of that program with the goal of raising $25,000 to purchase new Chromebooks for students.
