Monday, May 21st

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Sr. Maureen McDermott, IHM, PhD, Superintendent for Secondary Schools, Office of Catholic Education, has announced the 2017-18 Archdiocese of Philadelphia Winter Sports Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll, which recognizes the high school student-athletes who earned first or second academic honors in the second quarter marking period while competing in basketball, bowling, competitive spirit, indoor track & field, swimming and wrestling.

“AOP teams enjoyed great success during the Winter sports season, and the achievement of these student-athletes in the classroom was equally impressive,” says McDermott.  I applaud their commitment to strive for excellence both academically and athletically, while serving as great representatives of our schools.”
